HR Business Partner – US Operations, East Coast

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Offer guidance and support to Store Operations Leaders regarding employee relations, development, policy adherence, recruitment, and training.

β€’ Foster an agile and performance-oriented culture.

β€’ Oversee and resolve workplace investigations while adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

β€’ Manage the workplace claims process in collaboration with employees and management.

β€’ Advocate for Health & Safety initiatives, as well as disability management, accessibility, and accommodation processes.

β€’ Mentor and develop Operations teams on performance expectations, development plans, career advancement, and learning opportunities.

β€’ Ensure policy compliance across US regions by reviewing and adjusting policies and providing coaching or training.

β€’ Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

β€’ Regularly update policies and procedures.

β€’ Contribute to the creation and implementation of a long-term Human Resource vision, strategy, and tactics.

β€’ Utilize data to identify trends and assess organizational effectiveness issues.

β€’ Collaborate with hiring leads on talent sourcing and acquisition, including crafting job descriptions, postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

β€’ Facilitate successful hiring and selection processes for Activate store locations.

β€’ Monitor hiring-process efficiencies and evaluate candidate hiring success.

β€’ Leverage the HRIS system to manage the hiring process and candidate pool.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

β€’ Over 5 years of relevant HR experience.

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

β€’ Extensive knowledge of employment regulations in multiple states, including California.

β€’ Proven track record in conducting comprehensive workplace investigations.

β€’ Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining relationships.

β€’ Quick learner who is creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.

β€’ Experience with adapting to new technologies.

β€’ Practical experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
