πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, offboarding, management of employee files, and administration of benefits.

β€’ Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure role-specific onboarding and compliance for new hires, encompassing I-9 verification, state filings, and deadlines for benefits enrollment.

β€’ Investigate federal, state, and local employment law requirements and ensure HR systems and practices remain compliant.

β€’ Create and enhance policies and procedures for review and approval by leadership.

β€’ Draft and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

β€’ Act as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, resolving daily issues and escalating complex situations as necessary.

β€’ Work alongside People Operations Associates and HR Administrators to address inquiries and disseminate policy and process information.

β€’ Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, team-building activities, and offsite events.

β€’ Gather employee feedback to enhance the overall employee experience.

β€’ Optimize and document HR processes through AI tools to expedite research, documentation, and minimize manual tasks.

β€’ Report directly to the Director of HR Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred experience).

β€’ 2–4 years of practical HR generalist experience.

β€’ Familiarity with HR compliance and foundational employment law.

β€’ Capability to research and implement new employment regulations.

β€’ Experience in developing and applying HR automations and systems.

β€’ Proficient in using HRIS platforms.

β€’ SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.

β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

β€’ Good judgment and the capacity to maintain integrity, compliance, and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

β€’ Skillful in multitasking and prioritizing while keeping attention to detail.

β€’ Full-time salaried employees must live in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

β€’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
