πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Ensure the maintenance of precise employee data within the HRIS, guaranteeing data integrity, security, and adherence to company policies.

β€’ Oversee employee lifecycle processes, which encompass new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, within HR systems.

β€’ Manage US benefits programs, including open enrollment, new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations.

β€’ Reconcile benefits information between the HRIS and insurance carriers/vendors.

β€’ Utilize AI tools to enhance HR operations, streamline reporting, and improve employee self-service.

β€’ Recognize opportunities to automate manual HR processes, thereby promoting operational efficiency.

β€’ Produce, audit, and analyze HR reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and assist in decision-making.

β€’ Act as a contact point for employee inquiries related to HR data, benefits, and system access.

β€’ Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and People teams to address data discrepancies and enhance cross-functional processes.

β€’ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and COBRA.

β€’ Create and maintain documentation for HR operational procedures and best practices.

β€’ Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience managing HR data in an HRIS platform.

β€’ Practical experience with a US benefits module, such as Workday Benefits, ADP, SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar.

β€’ Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in an HR or operational context, including ChatGPT/Claude for HR workflows, AI-enhanced HRIS features, or automation tools.

β€’ Strong knowledge of US benefits administration, encompassing medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, and COBRA.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in ensuring data accuracy.

β€’ Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for data auditing and reporting purposes.

β€’ Excellent communication skills, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

β€’ Familiarity with HR compliance regulations, such as ACA, ERISA, and FMLA, is preferred.

β€’ Knowledge of the HiBob (bob) HRIS platform is a significant advantage.

β€’ Experience in HRIS report writing or using dashboard tools.

β€’ Previous experience supporting open enrollment cycles.

β€’ PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
