Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, and general HR advice.

• Assist with employee relations issues, which include addressing employee concerns, resolving issues, documenting performance, and implementing engagement initiatives.

• Refer complex employee relations matters as necessary.

• Offer guidance to managers on setting goals, conducting feedback discussions, and planning development activities.

• Aid in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, internal transfers, and workforce planning efforts.

• Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.

• Prepare and manage HR documentation, records, and case notes in alignment with company standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Compile and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making and pinpoint workforce trends.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to facilitate the rollout of HR programs and initiatives.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives and share ideas to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

• Stay updated on HR best practices, changes in employment law, and organizational policies.

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Four years of relevant and qualified work experience in a specialized HR area may be considered equivalent to the bachelor’s degree requirement.

• Three to five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including generalist or HRBP support roles.

• Proven exposure to employee relations, performance management, and essential HR processes.

• Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and U.S. employment laws and regulations.

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to foster trust and collaborative relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to apply HR policies consistently and exercise sound judgement within established guidelines.

• Proficient in HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and enhance consulting and business-partnering skills.

• Ability to work from anywhere in the US.

• Up to 10% travel may be required.

• Availability for occasional extended hours or outside normal business hours as dictated by business needs.
