This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, and general guidance.
• Assist with employee relations issues, including addressing employee concerns, resolving issues, documenting performance, and driving engagement initiatives.
• Refer complex employee-relations matters as necessary.
• Advise managers on essential performance management practices, such as setting goals, conducting feedback conversations, and planning for development.
• Facilitate recruiting coordination, onboarding, internal transfers, and workforce planning efforts.
• Ensure that HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and comply with employment regulations.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, records, and case notes.
• Compile and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to inform decision-making and identify workforce trends.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs and initiatives.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and contribute suggestions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Stay updated on HR best practices, changes in employment law, and organizational policies.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of pertinent work experience in a specialized HR area may be considered equivalent to the bachelor’s degree requirement.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including generalist or HRBP support experience.
• Proven experience with employee relations, performance management, and fundamental HR processes.
• Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to foster trust and collaborative relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to consistently apply HR policies and exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
• Proficient in HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Open to learning, accepting feedback, and enhancing consulting and business-partnering skills.
• Ability to work from any location in the U.S.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
