This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning talent and organizational strategies with business goals.
β’ Oversee workforce planning, succession management, talent reviews, performance enablement, and employee development initiatives.
β’ Offer guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and risk mitigation.
β’ Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
β’ Create and implement DiSC-based workshops, leadership development programs, and team effectiveness initiatives.
β’ Act as the main HR partner for European employees, advising on local employment practices and facilitating workforce growth.
β’ Direct core HR programs including performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, employee development, and workforce planning.
β’ Collaborate with commercial leadership to guarantee the organization possesses the necessary people, capabilities, structures, processes, and experience to execute business plans.
β’ Report directly to the Head of Human Resources.
β’ Bachelorβs degree with 15 years of experience; Masterβs degree with 12 years of experience; or PhD with 8 years of experience.
β’ Demonstrated director-level or functional area management experience.
β’ Experience in developing and implementing functional or departmental strategies.
β’ Proven track record of delivering results and promoting innovation.
β’ Experience in coaching and developing subordinates, including remote and cross-functional teams.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
β’ Experience supporting commercial organizations in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors, particularly during product launches or rapid commercial scale-ups.
β’ Experience in supporting global HR initiatives and collaborating with business leaders for an international workforce while aligning with local requirements and organizational goals.
β’ Familiarity with DiSC training, assessment tools, or similar behavioral and communication-style frameworks.
β’ Extensive experience managing employee relations issues, including investigations, performance challenges, conflict resolution, coaching leaders, and mitigating organizational risk.
β’ Exceptional skills in collaboration, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and adaptability.
β’ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, comfort, and confidentiality.
β’ Results-driven, highly motivated, decisive, flexible, and innovative.
