This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver day-to-day HR support independently to assigned managers and employees.
• Comprehend the business priorities, workforce requirements, organizational context, and culture of client groups.
• Mentor managers on performance management, feedback, talent issues, goal setting, documentation, corrective actions, PIPs, talent development, and succession planning.
• Recognize patterns and trends in employee relations, exit feedback, engagement signals, workforce data, and people metrics.
• Create recommendations and convey insights to Senior HRBPs and the wider People team.
• Assist in the design, execution, and enhancement of People programs, processes, policies, and resources for managers.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility objectives.
• Oversee routine to moderately complex employee relations cases from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct or assist with investigations, maintain records, evaluate risks, and propose resolutions.
• Counsel and coordinate actions related to the employee lifecycle, including job alterations, promotions, transfers, reorganizations, leaves, accommodations, and terminations.
• Aid in organizational change initiatives and implement communication and transition strategies.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational and team effectiveness.
• Facilitate performance management, talent assessments, compensation planning, and promotions.
• Advise managers on staffing, headcount, and compensation strategies in collaboration with partner teams.
• Report to a Senior HR Business Partner and escalate complex or high-impact issues as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including roles such as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar positions.
• Capability to manage competing priorities, demonstrate sound judgment, and operate effectively amidst ambiguity and evolving business demands.
• Willingness and confidence to challenge senior leaders and provide constructive feedback.
• Proven experience in independently advising managers on employee relations, performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and investigations.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR compliance standards, including the application of HR policies across various states.
• Business acumen with the ability to align organizational goals, workforce necessities, and business performance with people decisions.
• Skill in building trusted relationships with managers, leaders, and employees across all organizational levels.
• Discretion and capability to manage sensitive and confidential employee and business information.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and standard business tools.
• Experience with Workday, Culture Amp, and Ashby ATS is preferred.
• Background in supporting Sales, Marketing, Product, or other revenue-oriented or product-focused teams is preferred.
• Experience assisting a Senior HR Business Partner or HRBP team in a collaborative, matrixed environment is preferred.
• Experience in a remote-first or geographically distributed organization is preferred.
• HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
