This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver daily HR assistance to managers, franchise partners, and employees.

β€’ Oversee HR documentation, employment contracts, employee records, templates, and HR systems, including TANDA and Humanforce.

β€’ Organize HR, compliance, and system audits, which includes updates on awards/pay rates and necessary follow-ups.

β€’ Aid in ensuring Australian employment compliance, encompassing Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, workplace policies, and WorkCover/claims management.

β€’ Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, engagement surveys, retention, career development, recognition, and various People & Culture initiatives.

β€’ Keep organizational charts, position descriptions, workplace access/security records, and general Support Office administration up to date.

β€’ Administer visa and sponsorship processes, including documentation, costs, key dates, employee coordination, and liaison with external migration advisors.

β€’ Create HR resources and offer guidance/training on policies, systems, compliance, and employment procedures.

β€’ Ensure confidentiality and accurate record-keeping, escalating complex or high-risk issues to the HR Manager.

β€’ Contribute to broader HR and People & Culture projects as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

β€’ Prior experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination, People & Culture, or a related role is essential.

β€’ Familiarity with supporting Australian businesses is required.

β€’ Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and Modern Awards is crucial.

β€’ Experience in a multi-site, hospitality, retail, franchise, or similarly fast-paced setting is highly advantageous.

β€’ Proficiency in HR/workforce management systems such as TANDA or Humanforce is necessary.

β€’ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Monday.com, and reporting tools like Power BI are required.

β€’ Knowledge of workplace health and safety and WorkCover procedures is important.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail is needed.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

β€’ Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

β€’ Ability to work independently while collaborating with managers and employees across various locations.

β€’ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are required.

β€’ Must maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.

β€’ A practical, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to HR administration is essential.

β€’ Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client engagements.
