📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models with HR-related topics and workplace scenarios.

• Interact with models regarding HR situations and theoretical questions about the workplace.

• Assess the factual accuracy and logical consistency of the responses provided by the models.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Leverage expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor law compliance, and training and development to assist in training AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor law compliance, and training and development.

• Proven experience in recruitment strategies, conflict resolution, workforce planning, HR analytics, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance auditing.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR indicate a strong fit for the role.

• Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HRIS projects is advantageous.

• Effective metacognitive communication skills and the ability to articulate your thought process.
