This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee HR processes, including the development of handbooks, job descriptions, compensation assessments, and compliance-related activities.
β’ Conduct interviews with clients and collaborate with HR Primary to create and finalize employee handbooks.
β’ Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, conduct audits, and maintain precise employee records.
β’ Reconcile benefits statements and provide assistance with benefits-related administration tasks.
β’ Aid in recruitment coordination, including monitoring candidate status in HRIS systems and managing follow-up communications.
β’ Carry out general administrative and clerical responsibilities, including preparing correspondence for clients and employees.
β’ Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS platforms, such as Paylocity, ADP, Paycor, and similar systems.
β’ Implement system configuration updates that support HR, payroll, and benefits programs.
β’ Conduct system audits, testing, and diagnostics to guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and functionality.
β’ Identify and rectify system errors, data inconsistencies, and integration issues, escalating when necessary.
β’ Assist with system implementations to ensure alignment with client HR programs.
β’ Engage directly with clients to support HR initiatives, system solutions, and problem resolution.
β’ Participate in client-facing meetings to support HR and system-related discussions, initiatives, and deliverables.
β’ Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Managed Services teams to achieve successful outcomes and identify opportunities for additional services.
β’ Recognize and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
β’ Support continuous optimization of workflows, automation, and service delivery models.
β’ Perform other related duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
β’ A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is preferred.
β’ Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, ADP, Paycor, or similar systems is required.
β’ Experience in supporting system configurations, audits, or implementations is preferred.
β’ SHRM-CP credential is preferred.
β’ Experience in payroll and benefits is preferred.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
β’ Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
β’ Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
β’ Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to HR systems and data.
β’ Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
β’ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
β’ Must be capable of participating in or facilitating video conferences and virtual meetings.
