This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Oversee HR processes, including the creation of employee handbooks, job descriptions, compensation analysis, and compliance-related activities.
β’ Conduct interviews with clients and collaborate with HR Primary to develop and finalize employee handbooks.
β’ Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, perform audits, and ensure the maintenance of accurate employee records.
β’ Reconcile benefits statements and assist with administration related to benefits.
β’ Aid in recruitment coordination by tracking candidate progress in HRIS systems and managing follow-up communications.
β’ Execute general administrative and clerical tasks, including preparing correspondence for clients and employees.
β’ Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, ADP, Paycor, and similar systems.
β’ Implement system configuration updates that support HR, payroll, and benefits programs.
β’ Conduct system audits, testing, and diagnostics to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and functionality.
β’ Identify and address system errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues; escalate as needed.
β’ Assist with system implementations and ensure proper alignment with client HR programs.
β’ Engage directly with clients to assist HR initiatives, system solutions, and issue resolution.
β’ Participate in client-facing meetings to support HR and system-related discussions, initiatives, and deliverables.
β’ Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful outcomes and uncover additional service opportunities.
β’ Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
β’ Support the optimization of workflows, automations, and service delivery models.
β’ Perform other related duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
β’ A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is preferred.
β’ Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Paylocity, ADP, Paycor, or similar systems is required.
β’ Experience in supporting system configurations, audits, or implementations is preferred.
β’ SHRM-CP credential is preferred.
β’ Experience in payroll and benefits is preferred.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
β’ Strong time management abilities with a proven capacity to meet deadlines.
β’ Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly concerning HR systems and data.
β’ Must be able to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
β’ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
β’ Must be capable of participating in or facilitating video conferences and virtual meetings.
