
Human Resource Service Partner, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the implementation of human resources strategies and practices alongside the HR Partner Team.
β’ Engage directly with clients concerning employee relations, compensation management, benefits, talent acquisition, and talent development.
β’ Aid in the formulation of employee policies and procedures.
β’ Contribute to the establishment of departmental goals, objectives, processes, and systems.
β’ Recognize opportunities for ongoing enhancement of HR services and processes.
β’ Support projects within the annual HR operational plan and take part in both functional and cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Stay informed about legal requirements and state and federal regulations related to HR functions.
β’ Ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting adhere to relevant regulations.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders on HR-related processes while providing updates and reports.
β’ Offer guidance on employee relations, support for leave of absence, employee separations, and risk consulting.
β’ Conduct employee investigations, which include interviews, data collection, results analysis, and reporting.
β’ Deliver ad hoc training to client management teams on compliance, engagement, development, and leadership.
β’ Generate reports utilizing HR metrics and analyze human capital data for trends.
β’ Advise on benefit plan design and employee enrichment initiatives.
β’ Participate in departmental staff meetings as well as other meetings and seminars.
β’ Ensure that employee matters are addressed consistently, fairly, and without discrimination.
β’ Collaborate with sales to onboard new clients and cultivate and maintain client relationships.
β’ Assist in steering transformational HR strategies and solutions for supported clients.
β’ Proficient in Spanish β ability to speak, read, and write.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field preferred, with a minimum of five (5) years of human resources experience; or at least seven (7) years of human resources experience.
β’ PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
β’ Familiarity with HR administration, employment, compensation and classification, and employee development.
β’ Extensive knowledge of HR functions.
β’ Understanding of legal requirements and federal and state employment regulations.
β’ Awareness of facilitation and presentation techniques.
β’ Knowledge of statistical methods, concepts, and analytical tools used in HR processes.
β’ Experience with interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques.
β’ Capability to analyze HR data and draw actionable conclusions.
β’ Ability to interpret and apply state and federal statutes and regulations to HR-related issues.
β’ Capacity to provide recommendations regarding employment and employee relations matters.
β’ Skill in managing multiple detailed tasks amidst changing priorities and deadlines.
β’ Strong oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Expertise in client relationship management tools, virtual meeting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
β’ Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
β’ Willingness to participate in video conferences and meetings.
