This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the implementation of human resources strategies and practices alongside the HR Partner Team.
β’ Engage directly with clients concerning employee relations, compensation management, benefits, talent acquisition, and organizational talent development.
β’ Aid in the formulation of employee policies and procedures.
β’ Contribute to the establishment of departmental goals, objectives, processes, and systems.
β’ Recognize opportunities for the ongoing enhancement of HR services and procedures.
β’ Support projects outlined in the annual HR operational plan and assist with functional or cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Stay informed about legal obligations and state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders on HR-related processes, delivering updates and reports.
β’ Offer guidance on employee relations issues, leave of absence support, employee separations, and risk consulting.
β’ Conduct investigations involving employees, including interviews, data collection, and result delivery.
β’ Provide on-demand training to client management teams on compliance, engagement, development, and leadership.
β’ Generate HR metrics reports and analyze human capital data to uncover trends.
β’ Advise on benefit plan design and employee enrichment initiatives.
β’ Attend departmental staff meetings and other relevant meetings and seminars.
β’ Ensure that employee matters are addressed consistently, fairly, and without discrimination.
β’ Collaborate with sales to onboard new clients while fostering and maintaining client relationships.
β’ Contribute to transformational HR strategies and solutions for supported clients.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a related field is preferred, along with at least five (5) years of human resources experience; alternatively, a minimum of seven (7) years of human resources experience is acceptable.
β’ PHR or SHRM-CP Certification is preferred.
β’ Understanding of human resources administration, compensation, classification, employee development, and comprehensive HR functions.
β’ Familiarity with legal requirements and federal and state employment regulations.
β’ Knowledge of facilitation, presentation, interviewing, candidate assessment, statistical, and HR analytics techniques.
β’ Capability to interpret and apply state and federal statutes and regulations to moderately complex HR scenarios.
β’ Ability to recommend solutions for employment and employee relations challenges.
β’ Skill in organizing and managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities and deadlines.
β’ Strong oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
β’ Proficiency in client relationship management software, virtual meeting platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Comfort with daily use of video conferencing tools.
β’ Capability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
β’ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
β’ Must be able to participate in video conferences and meetings.
