This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Assist in managing talent, as well as learning and development initiatives.
β’ Work alongside the Inclusion Council to facilitate mentorship programs, cultural holiday and heritage event communications, and the Inclusion magazine.
β’ Plan, create, and enhance employee communication materials and various media.
β’ Team up with the Learning & Development department to design educational curricula.
β’ Foster collaboration across the global talent management function.
β’ Present the outcomes of projects and tasks to TTM stakeholders and leadership.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor methods for different target audiences.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Capacity to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
β’ Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail, and self-driven.
β’ Strong initiative, interpersonal abilities, and a solid work ethic.
β’ Basic understanding of Human Resources functions.
β’ Collaborative abilities and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
β’ Currently pursuing a four-year degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
β’ Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
β’ Must adhere to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures, as well as applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
β’ Engage in significant projects with defined deliverables within established time frames.
β’ Work closely with a leader and a mentor/champion.
β’ Access professional, career, and leadership development opportunities through training and team-building activities.
