πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist the HR team, managers, and employees with everyday HR support.

β€’ Aid in the execution of people initiatives throughout a global organization.

β€’ Act as a primary point of contact for standard HR inquiries.

β€’ Refer intricate issues to the designated HRBP or specialist.

β€’ Provide HR coordination and assistance to designated business groups.

β€’ Aid HRBPs with matters related to employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, investigations, policy formulation, and other employee-related concerns.

β€’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, and other People departments.

β€’ Ensure the accuracy of HRIS data.

β€’ Create HR documentation, correspondence, reports, and materials related to employees.

β€’ Engage in regional and global HR projects, process enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives.

β€’ Support compliance efforts with guidance from HRBPs and subject matter experts.

β€’ Adapt to work flexibly across various business groups, projects, and locations as organizational priorities shift.

β€’ Capability to assist with daily HR matters for employees and managers.

β€’ Capacity to escalate complex issues to the appropriate HRBP or specialist.

β€’ Skill in building trusted relationships within a diverse, global organization.

β€’ Ability to provide HR coordination and support to assigned business units.

β€’ Proficiency in supporting employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, investigations, policy development, and other employee matters.

β€’ Competence in partnering with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, and other People functions.

β€’ Expertise in maintaining accurate HRIS data.

β€’ Aptitude for preparing HR documentation, correspondence, reports, and employee-related materials.

β€’ Understanding of relevant employment laws, policies, and HR practices in the United States and other designated countries.

β€’ Curiosity and dedication to ongoing learning.

β€’ Willingness to embrace diverse perspectives, cultures, and working styles.

β€’ Flexibility to work across business groups, projects, and geographical locations.
