📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive HubSpot implementations, starting from discovery and requirements analysis to solution design, configuration, testing, launch, training, and user adoption.

• Convert client business needs into a scalable HubSpot framework, including configuration and implementation strategies.

• Set up and enhance CRM properties, pipelines, workflows, automations, reporting tools, and dashboards.

• Supervise data migrations, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and ensure the quality of implementations.

• Take charge of project schedules, deliverables, priorities, client communications, and alignment with stakeholders.

• Offer strategic insights on CRM processes, HubSpot best practices, and scalable solutions across sales, marketing, RevOps, and customer success operations.

• Educate clients and provide support to ensure effective platform adoption and sustained usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1+).

• Advanced to expert-level skills in HubSpot, covering CRM configuration, properties, pipelines, workflows, automations, reporting, dashboards, data management, integrations, and migrations.

• Demonstrated experience in independently managing HubSpot implementations from initial discovery to final delivery and launch.

• In-depth knowledge of CRM strategy, RevOps processes, and operations in sales, marketing, and customer success.

• Expertise in translating business requirements into actionable, scalable technical solutions and advising on HubSpot architecture.

• Proven track record of working directly with clients, managing stakeholder expectations, and conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in independently overseeing implementation timelines, deliverables, priorities, and client expectations.

• Previous experience in an agency or consulting role, along with HubSpot certifications, is an advantage.
