HubSpot Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough audits of current HubSpot accounts to pinpoint areas for enhancement, optimization possibilities, and requirements for implementation.

• Create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) that detail project scope, deliverables, timelines, and strategies for implementation.

• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, address concerns, and track project advancement.

• Execute HubSpot CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, automation, and workflow establishment based on business needs.

• Oversee and assign implementation tasks to team members while tracking progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Set up and manage HubSpot features such as pipelines, workflows, reporting dashboards, forms, email automation, and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables are completed accurately and within the established timelines.

• Diagnose CRM issues, suggest process enhancements, and offer practical solutions to improve system performance.

• Maintain thorough project documentation, implementation records, and client communications throughout each engagement.

• Keep up-to-date with HubSpot product updates, new features, and CRM best practices to recommend ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HubSpot implementation, CRM administration, or a similar role.

• Strong practical experience with HubSpot CRM, encompassing implementation, configuration, automation, and system optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple CRM implementation projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral, with the capability to confidently lead client meetings and presentations.

• Experience in coordinating tasks among team members and overseeing project execution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process improvements and recommend effective CRM solutions.

• Proficiency in CRM reporting, workflow automation, dashboards, and data management.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.

• Work from home.

• Availability from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST (QLD) / 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
