This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute health, safety, and environmental programs for clients ranging from small to medium-sized businesses.

• Foster a positive and proactive culture while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

• Implement and assess playbooks and procedures.

• Promote consistency and efficiency across health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

• Oversee initiatives to fulfill regulatory, legal, and compliance obligations.

• Monitor operational and safety risks.

• Formulate and manage strategic risk management plans to avert incidents.

• Keep track of injury, illness, and incident reports.

• Propose preventive measures to mitigate risk.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with management to devise strategic solutions that enhance and sustain compliance.

• Recognize potential issues with stakeholders.

• Relay findings, concerns, and deficiencies to the appropriate functional managers.

• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.

• Influence stakeholders with shared interests to achieve consensus.

• Utilize specialized knowledge to fulfill team and departmental goals.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational and moderately complex challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, accompanied by 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Additional certifications as mandated by local authorities.

• Proficiency in guiding the exchange of sensitive, complex, and challenging information.

• Capability to articulate performance expectations and manage issues effectively.

• Leadership qualities to inspire team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Must reside in Sunnyvale, California, United States.

• On-site presence requirements may vary based on client needs.
