This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct impartial, prompt, and comprehensive workplace investigations in alignment with company policies and processes.
β’ Interpret and apply company policies alongside state and federal employment laws to the investigations assigned.
β’ Deliver outcomes, recommendations, and advice to business leaders with assistance from the Teammate Relations Advisor.
β’ Contribute to the Investigation Center of Excellence by sharing experiences, best practices, and engaging in learning activities.
β’ Provide stakeholders with timely updates, responses, and case closures.
β’ Achieve investigation key performance indicators, focusing on the quality and timeliness of case closures.
β’ Consult with the Lead Workplace Investigator and alert Teammate Relations leadership regarding issues that present imminent risk.
β’ Collaborate across functions with legal, compliance, communications, and other HR resources.
β’ Accurately and promptly record case information in the system of record.
β’ Prepare case information for legal purposes, including timelines and responses to EEOC and other filings.
β’ Engage in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and special projects.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively and assert influence as a subject matter expert with leaders, including executives.
β’ Capability to mentor, coach, and guide leaders on teammate relations matters.
β’ Expert-level understanding of company policies and best practices in teammate relations.
β’ Proficient in solving complex issues and exercising independent judgment.
β’ Strong work ethic paired with meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Proven history of delivering high-quality, accurate work under considerable pressure.
β’ Exceptional organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
β’ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
β’ Experience with a case management platform.
β’ Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Oracle.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree from an accredited four-year institution and a minimum of four years of progressive experience in employee relations or workplace investigations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Workplace Certification is preferred or currently in progress.
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
