HR Workday Ops Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Configure, enhance, and manage core modules of Workday HCM, which includes business processes, condition rules, validation rules, and custom notifications.

• Develop, refine, and sustain custom reports and dashboards.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate to complex system errors, data discrepancies, and tenant-related issues.

• Act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert within an Agile delivery team.

• Manage Tier-3 operational tickets and escalations, uncover root causes, and create sustainable configuration solutions.

• Utilize Enterprise Interface Builder tools for mass data uploads while ensuring data integrity.

• Collaborate with integration teams on Core Connector and web service interactions.

• Engage in evaluation, regression testing, and the deployment of Workday’s biannual feature updates.

• Discover opportunities to incorporate and utilize AI features within Workday to enhance process efficiency and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Several years of practical experience as a Workday Analyst.

• Expertise in Workday HCM Core, custom security configurations, and advanced Report Writer functionalities.

• Experience with Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) is essential.

• Familiarity with or a strong interest in Workday’s AI roadmap, automated features, and the practical application of AI in HR technology.

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Proven skills with Calculated Fields, Complex Custom Reporting (Matrix/Composite), and EIB mass updates.

• Strong understanding of Workday security models, including Domain Security Policies and Business Process Security Policies.

• Workday Certifications are preferred.
