This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.
β’ Oversee the HR Technology function of the firm, managing HR systems, analytics, and technology projects
β’ Guide and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts
β’ Strategically plan and implement HR technology initiatives, system improvements, integrations, reporting, people analytics, project governance, testing, release management, and change management
β’ Manage projects, timelines, resources, and third-party consultants related to HR systems initiatives
β’ Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives and enhancements
β’ Create, monitor, and lead project plans for HR technology
β’ Establish project cadence, schedule regular meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve roadblocks
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, communicate project status, and fulfill business needs
β’ Work alongside HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to ensure technology aligns with business strategy
β’ Prioritize team workstreams and projects, distributing deliverables according to capacity and priorities
β’ Identify, suggest, and implement enhancements to improve user experience and data integrity
β’ Supervise the configuration, design, and deployment of HR systems
β’ Ensure system performance and scalability
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems
β’ Lead working sessions to facilitate solution design and decision-making
β’ Utilize data and reporting to support business decisions
β’ Promote technology adoption through collaboration, training, and ongoing process improvement
β’ Bachelorβs degree in information services, Human Resource Administration with an IS minor, or equivalent experience
β’ Minimum of three years of experience in people management
β’ Expertise in HRIS/Information Systems
β’ Advanced skills in Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management
β’ Strong proficiency in Excel
β’ Skills in business analysis, problem-solving, project management, and critical thinking
β’ Proven history of process improvement and departmental function automation
β’ Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
β’ Excellent customer service capabilities
β’ Skill in communicating technical concepts to non-technical users effectively
β’ Commitment to regular attendance
