HR Technology Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the functional owner for Workday Core HCM and Talent.

• Manage the functional configuration of Workday Core HCM and Talent.

• Address production issues, enhancements, and optimization projects.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into Workday solutions.

• Configure and validate business processes, conditional rules, validations, and security implications.

• Oversee Workday release testing and regression activities.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to enhance business processes.

• Assist with integrations and assess downstream system impacts.

• Create reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

• Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance standards.

• Develop and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles.

• Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Payroll, and business stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting Workday HCM.

• Understanding of business process configuration.

• Background in testing and production support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Workday Talent is preferred.

• Workday Pro certification is preferred.

• Experience with global Workday implementations.

• Familiarity with EIBs, reporting, calculated fields, and security.

• Experience in Agile or project delivery environments.
