πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of Workday Benefits configuration and support, which includes managing benefit plans, eligibility criteria, business processes, condition rules, and associated system setup.

β€’ Oversee the annual Open Enrollment system setup and support for the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada, focusing on configuration, testing, eligibility, rates, and carrier integrations.

β€’ Collaborate with Benefits and Payroll teams to diagnose issues, uncover root causes, and convert operational needs into scalable system solutions.

β€’ Assist in the configuration and processes related to Workday Payroll, encompassing earnings, deductions, pay groups, pay calendars, and relevant business operations.

β€’ Spearhead testing for changes, releases, integrations, and enhancements in Benefits and Payroll, guiding the process from test planning to validation.

β€’ Develop and sustain Workday reports, calculated fields, and operational reporting to meet the needs of Benefits, Payroll, HR, and compliance.

β€’ Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance, and global HR Technology teams on enhancements, audits, projects, and ongoing improvements.

β€’ Keep system and process documentation current.

β€’ Support and maintain integrations for Benefits and Payroll, including carrier feeds, EIBs, vendor connections, and downstream data validation.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday.

β€’ Proven hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Benefits.

β€’ Experience in supporting Benefits processes such as eligibility, benefit plans, Open Enrollment, life events, rates, and benefit-related integrations or carrier feeds.

β€’ Familiarity with Payroll processes and the relationships between Benefits, Payroll, Time, and HR data.

β€’ Excellent skills in Workday Benefits configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and calculated fields.

β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating business needs into practical, scalable system solutions.

β€’ A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to foster relationships across Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance, and HR Technology.

β€’ Capability to take initiative, manage priorities, and work independently within a streamlined global team.

β€’ Preferred: Workday Pro certification, experience with UKG/Kronos, exposure to Canada payroll or benefits, or experience supporting high-volume hourly employee populations.
