• Deliver personalized private lessons on recruiting and personnel selection.

• Teach CV screening and interview techniques.

• Explain LinkedIn usage and job searching strategies.

• Illustrate employer branding and HR processes.

• Provide an introduction to the HR field for junior profiles.

• Support students, recent graduates, or career changers.

• Conduct 1-to-1 sessions online or in person.

• HR Specialist, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or related roles.

• Practical experience in selection or HR management.

• Ability to explain processes clearly and concretely.

• A knack for mentoring and listening.

• Certifications are not required.

• Teaching experience is not necessary.
