This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of candidates for various tech positions.

• Oversee job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn, internal ATS, and regional job boards.

• Organize interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate communication with candidates.

• Ensure data accuracy and currency in ATS systems like Greenhouse or Lever.

• Aid in market mapping and competitor analysis to enhance hiring strategies.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.

• Engage in weekly team meetings and discussions with hiring managers.

• Identify and propose enhancements to current processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree (current or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Current university student or recent graduate.

• Strong enthusiasm for recruitment, HR, or talent strategy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Comfortable operating in an international and technology-focused environment.

• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to acquire new knowledge.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
