This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead comprehensive TUPE processes across the UK and Ireland as the primary HR subject matter expert for both incoming and outgoing business transfers.
• Coordinate and facilitate required employee consultation processes and manage the election of representatives when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to statutory consultation timelines.
• Oversee the collection, auditing, and exchange of employment data while identifying contractual risks and the implications of legacy benefits.
• Manage sensitive cases related to transfers, including pre- and post-transfer harmonisation inquiries, potential redundancy procedures, calls, meetings, and legally compliant documentation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, pension administrators, and employment legal advisors.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding benefits, terms and conditions protections, compliance, and strategies for post-transfer integration.
• Keep abreast of evolving TUPE regulations and cultural nuances in the UK and Ireland.
• Review and provide advice on measures statements, post-transfer contract variations, restrictive covenants, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist clients in navigating post-transfer alignment and performance management, ensuring timely adjustments to salary and benefits.
• Promote the use of automation and AI for TUPE diligence, documentation, and client-facing HR processes during transfers.
• Offer broader HR operational support, including onboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Contribute to various EMEA HR initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc operational needs.
• A minimum of 3 years of specialised HR experience with substantial hands-on engagement with UK and Ireland TUPE regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of regional labour laws and regulatory frameworks in the UK and Ireland.
• Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end business transfers, consultations, and navigating complex employee relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, consultation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in technology tools such as HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.
• Familiarity with the EOR industry is preferred.
