HR Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models on HR-related topics such as labor-code compliance, workplace investigations, onboarding processes, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and cross-border HR policies.

• Document instances of model failures to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Interact with the model in both English and French concerning real-world HR situations and theoretical inquiries.

• Assess the factual accuracy and logical consistency of the model's responses.

• Record reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in generating high-quality training data for AI that supports HR operations, talent management, organizational development, global workforce management, and employee experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French.

• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems.

• Strong familiarity with HR practices in French-speaking areas.

• Experience in HR operations within international or bilingual settings.

• Capability to engage with AI models in both English and French regarding practical HR scenarios and theoretical questions.

• Competence in verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness.

• Skill in capturing reproducible error traces.

• Ability to recommend improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Clear communication with metacognitive insights ('showing your work').

• Professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are indicative of suitability but are not mandatory.

• A master's degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field is considered ideal, though not required.
