HR Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Challenge sophisticated language models on HR-related subjects such as labor code compliance, workplace investigations, onboarding processes, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and cross-border HR policies.

• Document instances of model failures to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Engage in discussions with the model in both English and French concerning real-world HR situations and theoretical inquiries.

• Verify the accuracy of facts and the logical integrity of responses.

• Capture reproducible error patterns.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training AI systems that support HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French.

• Expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems.

• Extensive knowledge of HR practices in French-speaking regions.

• Experience in HR operations within international or bilingual settings.

• Capability to converse in both English and French regarding real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions.

• Proficient in verifying the accuracy of facts and logical soundness.

• Skilled in capturing reproducible error patterns.

• Ability to recommend improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills.

• A master’s degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD indicate a strong fit.

• Must have a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
