📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models on HR issues, including labor-code compliance, workplace investigations, onboarding processes, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and cross-border HR policies.

• Record model failure modes to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Interact with models in both English and French regarding practical HR scenarios and theoretical queries.

• Confirm the factual accuracy and logical consistency of model outputs.

• Capture reproducible error traces for analysis.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in the development of high-quality training data to support AI in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French.

• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems.

• Extensive knowledge of HR practices in French-speaking regions.

• Capability to assess compliance with labor codes, conduct workplace investigations, manage onboarding processes, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and cross-border HR policies.

• Ability to engage with AI models in both English and French.

• Skill in verifying factual accuracy and logical consistency.

• Competence in capturing reproducible error traces.

• Aptitude for suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Clear, metacognitive communication skills.

• A master's degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are indicative of a suitable fit.

• Experience in HR operations within international or bilingual settings is a plus.
