This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, and daily HR issues.
β’ Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, right-to-work verifications, employment documentation, updates to HR systems, maintenance of personnel records, benefits administration, payroll assistance, leave management, and offboarding processes.
β’ Create and uphold employment contracts, employee letters, confirmations, and other HR-related documentation.
β’ Stay updated on employment legislation and HR best practices to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and processes remain compliant and current.
β’ Facilitate communications with government entities and external organizations, including submissions, document filings, and regulatory correspondence.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with employees, managers, clients, and external partners to address and resolve HR-related issues.
β’ Manage confidential employee information in accordance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
β’ Assist in internal audits, compliance evaluations, and HR reporting through precise data collection and documentation.
β’ Engage in special projects and various HR initiatives as needed.
β’ Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and local employment regulations.
β’ Experience working as an HR Specialist, HR Administrative Assistant, or in a similar capacity.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
β’ Awareness and respect for cultural diversity.
β’ Proficient in problem analysis, solution identification, and making informed decisions.
β’ Capability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
