HR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive HR services to designated clients.

• Manage and maintain employee information.

• Draft contracts and various documents.

• Address HR inquiries while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

• Work closely with internal teams and client representatives.

• Participate in HR initiatives and enhance workflows and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in operational HR functions for Germany and/or Austria.

• Familiarity with German and/or Austrian employment legislation.

• Basic knowledge of German and/or Austrian payroll processes is advantageous.

• A fundamental understanding of HR procedures, legal requirements, and industry best practices is preferred.

• A structured, dependable, and customer-oriented work ethic.

• Proficient in German (minimum C2) and very good command of English (minimum B2), both spoken and written.

• Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, along with strong MS Office skills.
