This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist with job postings, candidate evaluation, interview scheduling, and various recruitment activities.
β’ Ensure accurate applicant tracking and contribute to a positive experience for candidates.
β’ Organize pre-employment tasks such as background checks, reference checks, and drug screenings when necessary.
β’ Draft offer letters and other recruitment documentation in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Recruiting team.
β’ Oversee pre-hire and onboarding processes, including HRIS data entry, paperwork, and new-hire requirements.
β’ Conduct orientations for new hires and benefits.
β’ Manage employee separations, offboarding processes, exit interviews, and related documentation.
β’ Handle employee apparel ordering and distribution.
β’ Coordinate orders for business cards.
β’ Address routine HR inquiries and appropriately direct complex issues.
β’ Process employee changes and keep employee information accurate in the HRIS.
β’ Support HR communications, newsletters, and employee announcements.
β’ Generate standard and ad hoc reports for employees.
β’ Maintain HR documentation, processes, and resources.
β’ Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
β’ Provide backup support for payroll processing.
β’ Set up and manage employee garnishments in compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.
β’ Offer cross-functional support to the HR team.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources, HR administration, recruiting, payroll, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with an HRIS system; experience with Paylocity is advantageous.
β’ Strong attention to detail and the capability to maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
β’ Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
β’ Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
β’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
β’ Comfortable working independently while also being an effective collaborator within the HR team.
β’ Strong problem-solving capabilities and a readiness to take initiative.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
β’ HR certification or relevant educational background is a plus.
