This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the main HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.

β€’ Handle sensitive employee relations matters, participate in calls or meetings, and produce legally compliant documentation.

β€’ Establish and maintain relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.

β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.

β€’ Offer actionable insights on labor laws and cultural considerations in Southern Europe.

β€’ Evaluate and provide recommendations on employment contracts and risk management.

β€’ Support clients in navigating Performance Improvement Plans and ensure timely adjustments to salaries.

β€’ Function as the sole point of contact for employees’ immigration and mobility requirements in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.

β€’ Identify tasks suitable for delegation, document processes, and facilitate seamless transitions.

β€’ Promote automation and the adoption of AI to enhance HR procedures.

β€’ Lead compliance governance initiatives across Southern European markets.

β€’ Spearhead efforts to standardize and enhance HR practices on a global scale.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.

β€’ Proficient in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

β€’ Extensive understanding of labor laws and a solid grasp of employment regulations throughout Southern Europe, particularly in Italy (NCBA).

β€’ Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.

β€’ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Tech-savvy, with familiarity in HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.

β€’ Knowledge of the EOR industry is preferred.

β€’ Experience working in other Southern European countries, including Italy, is preferred.
