This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as a compassionate point of contact, offering comprehensive case management services to employees and their families during times of death, critical illness, crisis, and other urgent needs.
• Evaluate hardship transfer applications and provide relevant resources tailored to each situation.
• Elevate issues or obstacles to the appropriate partner teams.
• Relay updates and changes in status to associates and site HR teams.
• Assess hardship requests and determine transfer eligibility using independent judgment.
• Manage sensitive cases involving domestic violence, homelessness, self-harm, and death.
• Respond adeptly to evolving situations and foresee potential challenges.
• Work in conjunction with the Global Crisis and Issues Management Response (GCIMR) team on high-risk scenarios and potential reputational threats.
• Collaborate with Global Security Operations (GSO) to reduce risks through approved measures.
• Identify underlying causes of high-volume contacts and patterns within the Building-to-Building operation process.
• Partner with People Experience and Technology (PXT), Ethics, Compliance, Legal, and MHLS Operations teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a contact center role with comparable experience.
• Knowledge of human resources practices.
• Understanding of employee relations.
• Proficient adjudication skills.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated empathy.
• Experience in HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Skills in customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong research capabilities and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to independently resolve issues.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to address complex problems.
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information.
