HR Services Administrator – Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries and requests.

β€’ Address employee questions and offer guidance on HR processes, policies, programs, and resources.

β€’ Refer complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HR stakeholders.

β€’ Implement HR operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel changes, leave administration, processing returns from leave, and offboarding.

β€’ Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data in Workday and other HR systems.

β€’ Oversee employee benefits administration, including company housing, savings plans, group insurance, relocation support, allowances, and additional benefits.

β€’ Assist in the administration of pension and health insurance.

β€’ Coordinate documentation and submissions with vendors and regulatory authorities.

β€’ Prepare employment-related certificates and official documents.

β€’ Generate recurring and ad hoc reports utilizing Workday and other HR systems.

β€’ Aid in data validation, audits, and HR operational data requests.

β€’ Collaborate with both local and remote HR Services team members to ensure service continuity.

β€’ Foster relationships across HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, and external vendors.

β€’ Identify and support enhancements to HR processes, tools, documentation, and service delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree or higher is required.

β€’ 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services.

β€’ Familiarity with employee lifecycle activities and HR administration processes is essential.

β€’ Experience in administering employee benefits, pension, health insurance, or related HR programs is preferred.

β€’ Experience in a multinational or matrixed environment is advantageous.

β€’ Strong orientation towards customer service and employee support.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

β€’ Capability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

β€’ High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

β€’ Ability to adhere to processes while exercising sound judgment.

β€’ A mindset focused on continuous improvement with a willingness to question inefficient practices.

β€’ Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

β€’ Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

β€’ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

β€’ Fluent in Japanese and possess good written and verbal English skills.

β€’ Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
