HR Process Analyst

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist HR Solutions Partners in recognizing, mapping, and documenting local HR operational procedures.

β€’ Collaborate with HR teams to gain insight into current processes, regional variations, and operational realities.

β€’ Detect inefficiencies, redundancies, and risks while offering practical recommendations for improvement.

β€’ Organize, analyze, and consolidate HR data from various systems and sources.

β€’ Draft process documentation and handover materials for ServiceNow-based service models.

β€’ Enhance employee experience by providing clearer HR self-service solutions and accessible information.

β€’ Review, enhance, and manage priority HR knowledge articles.

β€’ Create and uphold standard HR checklists, covering onboarding, offboarding, and recurring tasks.

β€’ Assist in HR audit preparation, maintaining job description repositories, and generating bonus letters.

β€’ Identify chances for automation, standardization, and process simplification.

β€’ Engage in HR digitalization and process transformation initiatives.

β€’ Analyze HR-system data flows and suggest improvements.

β€’ Develop data-driven recommendations and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Generalist HR knowledge with a robust understanding of HR processes and operational demands.

β€’ Experience or a strong interest in HR operations, processes, or HR support functions.

β€’ Experience working in or with an HR Shared Services environment is beneficial.

β€’ Understanding of how global or regional HR models interact with local HR execution.

β€’ Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or Workday is a significant advantage.

β€’ Strong orientation towards project management and process (workflow) improvement.

β€’ Capability to document, structure, and enhance HR processes.

β€’ Analytical mindset focused on simplification, integration, and automation.

β€’ Proficient in working with data, documentation, and engaging multiple stakeholders.

β€’ Excellent command of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

β€’ Pragmatic, proactive, and results-oriented approach.

β€’ Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
