This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Assist HR Solutions Partners in identifying, mapping, and documenting local HR operational processes.
β’ Collaborate with HR teams to comprehend existing processes, local distinctions, and operational realities.
β’ Recognize inefficiencies, overlaps, or risks and provide practical recommendations.
β’ Organize, analyze, and consolidate HR data from various systems and sources.
β’ Prepare process documentation and handover materials for ServiceNow-based service models.
β’ Enhance employee experience through more transparent HR self-service solutions and user-friendly information.
β’ Review, enhance, and maintain priority HR knowledge articles.
β’ Develop and sustain standard checklists for onboarding, offboarding, and recurring HR activities.
β’ Aid in HR audit preparation, job description repositories, and bonus letter creation.
β’ Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process simplification.
β’ Engage in HR digitalization and process transformation projects.
β’ Analyze data flows between HR systems and propose improvements.
β’ Generate data-driven recommendations and assess implemented solutions.
β’ Generalist HR knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and operational needs.
β’ Experience or a strong interest in HR operations, HR processes, or HR support functions.
β’ Experience working in or with an HR Shared Services environment is advantageous.
β’ Understanding of how global or regional HR models interact with local HR execution.
β’ Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or Workday is a significant advantage.
β’ Strong project and process (workflow) orientation.
β’ Capability to document, structure, and enhance HR processes.
β’ Analytical mindset with an emphasis on simplification, integration, and automation.
β’ Comfortable working with data, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
β’ Excellent command of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
β’ Pragmatic, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
β’ Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
β’ 12-month fixed-term contract.
β’ Exposure to international HR processes and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
