This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking of HR policies.
β’ Identify gaps and inconsistencies in existing policies.
β’ Collaborate with policy owners and relevant interest groups.
β’ Prepare proposals, recommendations, and comprehensive reports.
β’ Develop revisions to HR policies, technical proposals, guidelines, procedures, and toolkits.
β’ Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, as well as lessons learned, to guide policy decisions.
β’ Draft findings and actionable recommendations.
β’ Engage in HR policy consultations with interest groups, consultative bodies, and staff associations.
β’ Create materials for capacity-building, change management, awareness-raising, and communication.
β’ Simplify complex policy and change provisions into clear, accessible learning and communication products.
β’ Provide expert guidance on interpreting and applying HR policies, regulations, rules, and administrative issuances.
β’ Conduct policy and legal analysis on individual cases and HR-related matters.
β’ Formulate well-reasoned recommendations to support decision-making.
β’ Review requests for exceptions, derogations, extensions, and other HR measures for regulatory compliance.
β’ Occasionally perform legal research, analyze cases and jurisprudence, offer legal advice, and draft or review legal documents and correspondence.
β’ Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in human resources management, business or public administration, law, or a related field.
β’ A first-level university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) combined with a minimum of two additional years of HR policy-related professional experience may be accepted in place of an advanced university degree.
β’ At least five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, policy development, administration of entitlements and benefits, conditions of service and compensation, or a related area.
β’ Proven experience in developing human resources policies for international organizations.
β’ Experience in applying and interpreting staff rules as well as researching HR-related issues within international organizations.
β’ Background in administrative law or administration of justice, or a relevant field, is advantageous.
β’ Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
β’ Highly developed drafting and analytical skills in English.
β’ Knowledge of French is highly desirable.
β’ Assignment periods ranging from one to eleven months, available on a part-time or full-time basis.
