HR Payroll Specialist, German Payroll Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Execute pre-payroll tasks in accordance with German labor laws.

• Work collaboratively with HR and finance departments to collect payroll inputs and address discrepancies.

• Prepare and manage payroll documentation for both internal and external audits.

• Oversee exception processing, including unique cases and one-off payments.

• Predict payroll expenses and create analytical reports for management evaluation.

• Assist with mid-year and year-end processes, including reconciling time management data and making record adjustments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely submission of necessary information.

• Generate regular payroll reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above.

• Experience with German payroll systems.

• In-depth knowledge of applicable German labor regulations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications.

• Capacity to work collaboratively across departments and handle multiple deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
