This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement the full payroll process for designated international clients using ADP and Rippling payroll systems.
• Accurately process new hires, changes, terminations, and off-cycle items while adhering to specific statutory regulations and deadlines for each country.
• Reconcile and verify payroll before distribution; manage funding, filings, and reporting as necessary.
• Collaborate directly with client representatives to gather data, address issues, implement changes, and secure approvals.
• Maintain proactive communication and ensure payroll and issue records are well-documented and organized.
• Develop payroll-processing capabilities in new countries by understanding statutory, tax, and processing requirements, defining internal procedures, and launching payroll solutions.
• Achieve advanced proficiency in ADP, Rippling, other payroll platforms, and Melita’s Salesforce CRM.
• Document repeatable processes and contribute to the standards and tools for international Payroll Services.
• Report to the Global Payroll Services Manager and work alongside client payroll and HR representatives, as well as Melita’s Payroll, Tax, and Client Service teams.
• Practical payroll experience in the US, Canada, and the UK; experience in other international regions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now payroll technology.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage payroll for multiple clients under tight deadlines.
• A genuine passion for payroll and a willingness to learn new systems, regulations, and geographic nuances.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to a high-integrity, client-first approach.
• A college degree and/or a professional payroll certification is preferred, such as Canadian PCP or CPM, UK CIPP, or US CPP.
• Experience in establishing or enhancing payroll processes in a new country is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and contemporary technology-driven payroll workflows is preferred.
