This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver essential assistance to the People Operations department.
β’ Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of All Things People and other HR leaders.
β’ Administer support and execute departmental reporting, onboarding, payroll, performance evaluations, and compliance initiatives.
β’ Aid in the semi-monthly payroll procedure through document preparation, timecard management, processing, and coordination with internal and external partners.
β’ Assist with monthly, annual, and ad-hoc HR reporting.
β’ Provide tier 1 employee support, manage incoming requests, and enhance knowledge of HR and banking procedures.
β’ Take charge of preparations for monthly staff meetings.
β’ Offer project assistance including research, data management, analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
β’ Support the annual performance review process through document management and follow-up tasks.
β’ Oversee departmental filing systems and calendars; perform regular filing audits.
β’ Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, first-week administration, E-Verify, system updates, and notifications.
β’ Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
β’ Reflect the bankβs mission regarding environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
β’ Work with Compliance on investigations related to suspicious and potentially fraudulent activities.
β’ Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements, completing compliance and IT training as necessary.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in an HR Support or Generalist position.
β’ Familiarity with rapidly scaling and evolving HR environments.
β’ Preferred educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
β’ Strong preference for experience with ADP Workforce NOW.
β’ Capability to assist with payroll, reporting, onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes.
β’ Willingness to learn and demonstrate an understanding of banking and fintech financial products, along with relevant regulations and laws.
β’ Strong overall business acumen and ability to interpret legal documents effectively.
β’ Proficient with Microsoft 365.
β’ Ideally experienced with Performance Management platforms.
β’ Ability to comply with BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC requirements.
β’ Must be a non-smoker or commit to cessation within 90 days of accepting the offer.
β’ Capability to work during Eastern Standard Hours.
β’ Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
