HR Operations Specialist, US/EU Experience

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries.

β€’ Assist the HR Manager with employee-related data and processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

β€’ Manage the generation of offers, onboarding processes, preparation for annual reviews, and offboarding activities.

β€’ Collaborate with payroll, insurance, and benefits providers across four countries.

β€’ Monitor and ensure compliance for time-off and absence management using PurelyHR.

β€’ Organize and maintain employee personnel records.

β€’ Support performance evaluations and various functional and cross-functional projects.

β€’ Keep the organization chart updated.

β€’ Oversee the HR inbox and address HR Operations inquiries.

β€’ Analyze data and generate reports related to HR and Recruiting KPIs.

β€’ Create onboarding plans and manage onboarding materials.

β€’ Ensure necessary documentation is prepared for payroll processing in Switzerland, the UK, the USA, and Germany.

β€’ Coordinate the first day activities for new joiners, including IT onboarding.

β€’ Ensure relevant onboarding check-ins are conducted.

β€’ Facilitate HR communications, including announcements for new joiners, promotions, and employee anniversaries.

β€’ Maintain people-related data within the events calendar.

β€’ Update and enhance the HR SharePoint site while keeping contact lists accurate.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Authorized to work in the Philippines.

β€’ Prior experience supporting employees in the US, UK, and/or Europe.

β€’ Interest in part-time work hours.

β€’ Ideally, at least 5 years of HR operations experience in a multinational organization.

β€’ Eager to learn and grow while implementing new procedures and processes.

β€’ Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering high-quality and accurate results.

β€’ Strong organizational capabilities.

β€’ Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

β€’ Proficient in Excel.

β€’ Experience working in a Microsoft/SharePoint environment.

β€’ Comfortable with adopting new technologies.

β€’ Possess strong listening and documentation skills.

β€’ Exhibit empathy when addressing employee questions and requests.

β€’ Ideally, hold a university degree or equivalent qualification.

β€’ Excellent communication skills.

β€’ Fluent in English.

β€’ Knowledge of German is desirable.
