πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main HR advisor for designated countries, focusing mainly on the Nordics, throughout the employee lifecycle.

β€’ Handle intricate employment issues and serve as a reliable point of contact for both clients and employees.

β€’ Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Offer expert advice, uphold country-specific processes, recognize risks, and enact corrective measures.

β€’ Address HR inquiries and assist with significant employment events.

β€’ Provide practical, business-oriented solutions, ensuring high-quality experiences for employees and clients.

β€’ Enhance, standardize, and streamline HR procedures across various entities and jurisdictions.

β€’ Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners.

β€’ Assist with reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and strategic initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a comparable client-facing HR role.

β€’ Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices in the Nordics.

β€’ Capability to advise and lead on matters related to the employee lifecycle, compliance obligations, and employment-related risks.

β€’ Ability to balance the needs of customers, compliance obligations, and business goals in a dynamic international setting.

β€’ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

β€’ Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

β€’ Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian (both written and spoken) is an advantage.

β€’ Experience in an Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, payroll, or international HR context is a plus.

β€’ Experience aiding multinational clients across various jurisdictions is an additional benefit.

β€’ Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process enhancement initiatives is advantageous.

β€’ Additional European language skills and knowledge of Nordic employment law are considered bonuses.
