This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee the complete electronic onboarding process and guarantee the timely finalization of employment paperwork.
β’ Manage occupational health assessments, background investigations, I-9 employment verifications, credential checks, educational verification, and other pre-employment criteria.
β’ Ensure adherence to established policies and licensing regulations.
β’ Collaborate with IT to arrange employee access and equipment setup.
β’ Create employee profiles in internal HR systems and tracking tools.
β’ Assist in organizing new-hire documents and maintaining audit-ready personnel records.
β’ Track the progress of new employees, identify delays or compliance issues, resolve problems, or escalate as necessary.
β’ Engage with candidates, managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
β’ Schedule new-hire orientation sessions, monitor attendance, and document results.
β’ Review and maintain employee information and credentials in line with licensing requirements.
β’ Examine HR-system data for inconsistencies and compliance concerns.
β’ Prepare documents for both internal and external audits.
β’ Assist in audit preparation and ongoing compliance efforts in collaboration with HR leadership.
β’ Complete required training.
β’ Identify areas for process enhancement and suggest improvements.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ At least one (1) year of experience in HR operations, onboarding, credentialing, or similar administrative roles within a regulated setting is preferred.
β’ Experience in supporting compliance or audit functions is highly preferred.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office is required.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS platforms and multiple systems is preferred.
β’ HRIS experience is preferred.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal capabilities.
β’ Understanding of local, state, and federal standards and those of regulatory bodies.
β’ Ability to navigate various systems, databases, and manual tracking tools simultaneously.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.
β’ Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
β’ High degree of discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
β’ Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
