This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes across various organizations
• Ensure that all pre-employment, new hire, transfer, and separation tasks are completed
• Collaborate with department heads, payroll, benefits, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance the employee experience
• Maintain precise and confidential HRIS employee records throughout the employment lifecycle
• Conduct exit interviews and provide analysis on trends along with actionable recommendations
• Administer HR operational procedures and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and employment regulations
• Monitor compliance requirements, track employee acknowledgments, training completions, certifications, and HR action items
• Organize personnel files and facilitate internal and external audits
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related questions
• Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, conflict resolution, documentation, corrective actions, performance improvement, and employee development initiatives
• Promote employee engagement, recognition, and initiatives that foster organizational culture
• Coordinate leaves, accommodations, jury duty, military leave, workers' compensation claims, unemployment claims, and related documentation
• Interact with third-party administrators, insurance providers, government agencies, external vendors, the PEO, and benefits suppliers
• Aid in open enrollment communications and benefits education efforts
• Create and manage HR dashboards, workforce reports, KPIs, executive reports, and presentations
• Analyze various workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, onboarding, engagement, and compliance
• Utilize HRIS platforms, reporting systems, Excel, and vendor technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Assess HR processes and develop standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation
• Support organizational goals, special projects, strategic HR initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, People Operations, HR Generalist, or related positions
• Proficient in managing onboarding, offboarding, compliance administration, employee relations, and HR operations
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation
• Experience with HRIS systems, benefits platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, uphold confidentiality, and manage sensitive information
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities across various organizations in a fast-paced setting
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-location, or shared-services organizations
• Familiarity with Professional Employer Organizations (PEO)
• Experience managing workers' compensation, unemployment claims, leave administration, and agency-related employment issues
• Proven experience in building workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• HRIC, SHRM, or similar HR certification preferred
