HR Operations Generalist

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver comprehensive operational, administrative, systems, and employee-service support within HR Operations.

β€’ Assist with HRIS inquiries, data audits, system testing, implementations, documentation, access requests, and routine issue resolution.

β€’ Maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, FAQs, knowledge-base content, employee records, compliance documentation, and internal resources.

β€’ Conduct audits of employee records in ADP to ensure accuracy and completeness.

β€’ Support employment verifications, unemployment claims, record retention, HR audits, investigations, and compliance initiatives.

β€’ Address routine inquiries from employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, systems, and HR processes.

β€’ Process hires, promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, leaves, and terminations in HRIS, payroll, and related systems.

β€’ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, background checks, I-9 compliance, employee setup, orientation, exit processes, and payroll coordination.

β€’ Serve as a backup for payroll administration and assist with benefits, leave, payroll enrollment, life-event changes, and open enrollment processes.

β€’ Support leave administration and reconcile benefits data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.

β€’ Facilitate HR Operations, Total Rewards, and cross-functional initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, action items, and stakeholder communications.

β€’ Escalate complex, sensitive, or specialized issues to the appropriate specialists.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

β€’ 4+ years of experience in HR and HRIS.

β€’ Proficient in MS Excel.

β€’ Knowledge of HR best practices and essential HR processes.

β€’ Ability to work with multiple data sources and strong attention to detail.

β€’ Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders and diverse audiences.

β€’ Capable of building stakeholder relationships, setting expectations, and communicating progress effectively.

β€’ Regular and punctual attendance is essential.

β€’ Ability to perform sedentary computer-based tasks with occasional standing or walking.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

β€’ Experience with ADP is preferred.

β€’ HR Certification is an advantage.
