This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related inquiries.
β’ Offer advice on workplace issues, performance-related concerns, policies, procedures, and HR processes.
β’ Oversee employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, show-cause/NTE documentation, formal warnings, performance improvement plans, and administrative hearings.
β’ Assist managers and leaders in resolving performance, attendance, conduct, and behavioral issues.
β’ Handle the complete recruitment process from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers and local, international, and overseas stakeholders on staffing needs and hiring priorities.
β’ Draft employment contracts, onboarding documentation, HR letters, certifications, notices, and other employee-related documents.
β’ Coordinate pre-employment requirements, equipment provisioning, system access, onboarding, staff transitions, exits, resignations, clearances, and final engagement tasks.
β’ Ensure accurate, complete, organized, and confidential maintenance of employee records and files.
β’ Oversee payroll processing and provide HR inputs for salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, reimbursements, benefits, and leave management.
β’ Assist with performance management, KPIs, performance evaluations, coaching, performance improvement plans, and salary assessments.
β’ Develop, review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with applicable labor laws and regulations.
β’ Support HR compliance efforts, audits, documentation needs, and consistent policy enforcement.
β’ Facilitate engagement initiatives, company events, internal people programs, and resolution of workplace issues.
β’ Generate HR reports, people analytics, dashboards, management updates, and HR metrics.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and systems as well as other HR and administrative projects.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related area.
β’ Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar roles.
β’ Experience in a BPO, shared services, outsourcing, healthcare, or international business setting is preferred.
β’ Practical experience in managing employee relations and performance management issues.
β’ Proven track record in handling recruitment and onboarding processes.
β’ Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.
β’ Experience in supporting payroll, benefits, leave, and documentation procedures.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with employees, management, leadership, and international stakeholders.
β’ Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
β’ Ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive employee matters.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote work environment with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with cloud-based business applications.
β’ Experience with HRIS, recruitment software, or other HR technology is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools and technology-driven HR processes is a plus.
β’ Availability to work MondayβFriday, 8:00 AMβ5:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.).
