This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Take charge of managing LinkedIn, newsletters, the website, and online events autonomously—from the initial concept development and planning to execution.
• Develop professional, brand-aligned, and target-group-oriented B2B social media content.
• Regularly maintain and update the website, ensuring optimal presentation and formatting.
• Plan and coordinate online events, webinars, and partner collaborations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with partners and external service providers.
• Assist the consulting team with client projects through data analysis, preparation, research, presentations, and documentation.
• Participate in HR software implementations, including data migration, testing, configuration, and quality assurance.
• Aid in recruitment by sourcing candidates, managing applicant communication, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the ATS.
• Draft project documents, reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Undertake organizational and administrative duties to support the team.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, marketing, project management, or a similar coordination role.
• A university degree or completed vocational training in a relevant discipline.
• Strong technical skills and the capability to swiftly learn new tools, platforms, and systems.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, design, formatting, and spelling.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace.
• Understanding of social media in a B2B context and expertise in creating professional LinkedIn content.
• Experience with content management systems, newsletter tools, or similar platforms.
• An independent, reliable, and structured approach to work.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Must reside and work in Switzerland.
• Valid Swiss residence and work authorization required.
• Fully remote: Work from any location that enhances your productivity; on-site client visits are rare and team events occur approximately once per quarter.
• Part-time work is available starting from 40% (16 hours per week).
