This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main HR contact for both employees and managers within designated client organizations.
• Investigate HR-related issues, address concerns, and offer guidance within the defined authority.
• Manage the entire leave of absence process, including intake, eligibility assessments, tracking, return-to-work coordination, and accommodation requests.
• Oversee employee benefits and retirement programs, which encompass open enrollment, enrollments, life event adjustments, contribution modifications, deferral elections, terminations, audits, reconciliations, and communications.
• Handle employee relations issues, which include intake, investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and providing guidance to managers.
• Supervise assigned personnel through work assignments, quality assessments, coaching, development, and ensuring accountability for service delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll data for assigned client organizations.
• Assist in performance management processes, including review cycles, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and manager accountability.
• Carry out compliance activities and maintain employee records, documentation, reports, and required filings in an audit-ready state.
• Keep employee data accurate across HRIS, benefits, and related systems.
• Implement HR projects such as handbook revisions, policy updates, onboarding and orientation initiatives, organizational changes, and audits.
• Generate HR documentation, reports, communications, and training materials for both internal and client-facing purposes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent level of professional experience.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in human resources, covering employee relations, leave administration, benefits and retirement programs, compliance, and performance management.
• Experience in multi-state environments.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in utilizing HR technology and business systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• Capability to research issues, assess information, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle competing demands while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality.

• Support during open enrollment, for qualifying life events, contribution adjustments, and deferral elections.
