HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.

• Serve as a link between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other concerns.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process.

• Support both current and future business requirements through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.

• Create and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization.

• Foster a positive workplace culture.

• Supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.

• Maintain the pay plan and benefits program.

• Evaluate training needs and implement training programs accordingly.

• Provide management with reports and decision support through HR metrics.

• Ensure compliance with legal standards in all aspects of human resource management.

• Proven experience as an HR manager or in another HR executive role.

• People-oriented and driven by results.

• Demonstrated experience with human resources metrics.

• Familiarity with HR systems and databases.

• Ability to formulate strategies combined with strong leadership skills.

• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to establish and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the organization.

• Extensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
